Cathy Leigh is a Reiki Master practitioner and author with twenty years of experience working with clients navigating trauma, illness, grief, and the kind of exhaustion that goes deeper than tired. She works with the body and the energy field that surrounds it.
Ken Freschi is a retired master mechanic who spent 42 years diagnosing what wasn’t working and fixing it. About fifteen years ago, he started receiving messages he couldn’t explain — and couldn’t ignore. He is now an Akashic Records reader who accesses information about you and your soul – past, present, and future. He works with your records.
Together, they’ve built CK Soul Connect as a space where body and soul, earth and record, can all be addressed. Their work often overlaps. Their paths, though different, lead to the same place: clarity, release, and a life lived from love rather than fear.

Cathy has spent two decades helping people heal at the energetic level — working with cancer patients, trauma survivors, and those who’ve tried everything else and are finally ready to try this. She’s also the author of All Who Come After, a memoir about motherhood, loss, and what we inherit that we didn’t ask for.
She teaches Reiki, offers private sessions, and holds space for the kind of healing that requires someone to actually be present with you.

Ken Freschi
Ken spent 42 years as a master mechanic before he started receiving messages he couldn’t explain. He wrote three books about what came through — messages that weren’t his words, weren’t his style, and contained things he had no reason to know. He now reads the Akashic Records for clients across the country and, once, as far as Beijing.
He is still a little rough around the edges. He cries at Hallmark movies. He will be the last person you expect to help you understand your soul — and likely the most memorable.

The Akashic Records are often described as a record of your soul — its experiences, patterns, and the threads that carry across lifetimes. Ken accesses them to help you understand why certain patterns in your life keep repeating, and what choices are open to you now.
No. Ken has read for plenty of skeptics. He doesn’t ask you to believe anything going in — the information either resonates with your life or it doesn’t, and you’ll usually know within the first few minutes.
Bring two or three real questions — patterns you’ve noticed, decisions weighing on you, situations you keep landing in. You may also want to record the session; most people find there’s more detail than they can take in at the time.
Readings are $125 per hour and most run 90 minutes or longer. Ken doesn’t watch the clock or cut you off mid-thought. Sessions are available in person in New England, or by phone and video at the same rate.
No. This isn’t mediumship or fortune telling. A reading looks at your soul’s records — the patterns and origins behind what’s happening in your life — rather than contacting the deceased or predicting specific events.
Reiki is a light or no-touch form of energy work, done by Cathy, for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. It breaks down energy blocks to help balance the mind, body, and spirit. A reading with Ken works with your soul’s records. Many clients do both — Reiki first to settle the nervous system, then a reading to understand the deeper why.
The session begins with a brief phone conversation to set intentions. Following the conversation, you relax in a comfortable space at home while Cathy performs the energy work. Once completed, we will reconnect and discuss anything that may have come up during the healing session.
Has been found to reduce stress, anxiety, grief, and depression. Patients have been known to experience decreased pain prior to and following surgery. Cathy has done Reiki with hospital patients undergoing care for cancer and other chronic illnesses.

Cathy has been performing Reiki sessions for approximately 15 years. Ken has been doing Akashic Record readings for approximately 10 years.
Some clients have Reiki once and never feel the need to have more. Others come on a monthly basis and have done so for years. There is no standard treatment for everyone. It’s really about your preferences and needs.
The client lies down on a massage table on their back, dressed in comfortable clothes. The lights are dim. Soft music may be playing. They are asked to get into a quiet, relaxed state. Then the session begins, lasting approximately one hour.
