Who We Are
A Reiki Master and an Akashic Records reader. Also married.
Cathy Leigh is a Reiki Master practitioner and author with twenty years of experience working with clients navigating trauma, illness, grief, and the kind of exhaustion that goes deeper than tired. She works with the body and the energy field that surrounds it.
Ken Freschi is a retired master mechanic who spent 42 years diagnosing what wasn’t working and fixing it. About fifteen years ago, he started receiving messages he couldn’t explain — and couldn’t ignore. He is now an Akashic Records reader who accesses information about your soul’s past, present, and future. He works with your records.
Together, they’ve built CK Soul Connect as a space where body and soul, earth and record, can all be addressed. Their work often overlaps. Their paths, though different, lead to the same place: clarity, release, and a life lived from love rather than fear.
Two Paths, One Purpose
Where would you like to begin?
Both practices work independently — and powerfully together. Some clients work with one. Some work with both, in the same week or the same session. There is no wrong door.

Then the records
A reading with Ken can explain the deeper why behind what Cathy found — the soul-level origin of the pattern the body has been holding.
Or in either order
Some clients start with Ken and then work with Cathy to integrate what came through. There’s no wrong sequence — the work finds its own way.
Combination sessions
Cathy and Ken occasionally offer combined sessions for clients who want both in one experience. Inquire directly to see if it’s a fit.

Cathy Leigh
Cathy has spent two decades helping people heal at the energetic level — working with cancer patients, trauma survivors, and those who’ve tried everything else and are finally ready to try this. She’s also the author of All Who Come After, a memoir about motherhood, loss, and what we inherit that we didn’t ask for.
She teaches Reiki, offers private sessions, and holds space for the kind of healing that requires someone to actually be present with you.

Ken Freschi
Ken spent 42 years as a master mechanic before he started receiving messages he couldn’t explain. He wrote three books about what came through — messages that weren’t his words, weren’t his style, and contained things he had no reason to know. He now reads the Akashic Records for clients across the country and, once, as far as Beijing.
He is still a little rough around the edges. He cries at Hallmark movies. He will be the last person you expect to help you understand your soul — and likely the most memorable.
